Avro table schema will be auto-detected and replicated irrespective of whether avro-serde-options are provided or not. Fixes #131

Coverage increased (+0.009%) to 75.221% when pulling 785808fc5af6de4660c909770305f3b36b2f4a29 on BDP-1606 into 1a3c53f3f13155e46ab37f12223d0b40a9980670 on master.
