update copyright for 2019 #105

Expected Behavior

Copyright spans 2018-2019.

Actual Behavior

Copyright (c) 2018 Expedia Group.

Steps to Reproduce

See comment header on source files.

Additional Information

I'm not sure what the text should be; do we put the range 2018-2019 and update it every year, or is there a more general form?

We should probably search-replace:

Copyright (c) 2018 Expedia Group.

with

Copyright (c) 2018-Present Expedia Group.

And change our IDE to be Copyright (c) 2019-Present Expedia Group. so that new files have the right thing.
