npm install issue #15278

Action Performed:

git clone https://github.com/Expensify/App.git npm install

Expected Result:

Success install

Actual Result:

npm ERR! code 1 npm ERR! path D:\Source\Github\New Folder\App\node_modules\shellcheck npm ERR! command failed npm ERR! command C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe /d /s /c ./install.sh npm ERR! '.' is not recognized as an internal or external command, npm ERR! operable program or batch file.

Workaround:
