Chat data not loading after clearing cache and cookies and signing in through email magic link

Action Performed:

1. Open newDot and verify that it is working normally.
2. Open the browser settings and clear the cache and cookies.
3. Reload newDot.
4. Sign in through the email magic link.
5. Observe that the chat data is not fetched automatically from the server.
6. Select any chat from the LHN and notice that the chat data is still not loaded.

Expected result:

Chat data should load automatically after the user signs in through the email magic link.

Actual result:

The chat data is not loaded automatically after clearing the cache and cookies and signing in through the email magic link. The chat data can only be loaded by manually refreshing the page. Even when the user selects a chat from the LHN, the chat data is not loaded from the server.

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?

@Nathan-Mulugeta I'm unable to reproduce, are you saying that, at the 24-second mark of your video, you have to click refresh in order for chats to load? If so, can you film another video where you don't refresh? Asking cuz I experienced the same but after a few seconds the chats all loaded in Left Hand Nav (LHN)

@mallenexpensify I was trying to reproudce this once again and the issue seems to be resolved. The chats are loaded without refreshing 🥳
