I cannot reproduce this, given the console errors, seems like there is a network issue.

I could reproduce this when switching between the account settings page and the chat screen several times. This is not a normal console error and I'm sure I faced it several times without knowing the exact steps. My initial investigation reveals that the current report sometimes got reset with undefined fields but I'm not 100% sure. I believe other contributors should take a glance.
