[$250] Task - Infinite flickering skeleton loader if the task is marked complete by both users #41126

Version Number: 1.4.66.5 Reproducible in staging?: Y Reproducible in production?: Y If this was caught during regression testing, add the test name, ID and link from TestRail: N/A Issue reported by: Applause - Internal Team

Action Performed:

  1. Account A: Create assign and share a task with account b from the FAB
  2. Account B: Open the chat with the task but don't open the task
  3. Mark the task complete with both accounts at the same time
  4. Account A: Navigate to the task details

Expected Result:

There shouldn't be any flickering or long skeleton loaders

Actual Result:

Infinite flickering skeleton loader if the task is marked complete by both users at the same time

@kadiealexander FYI I haven't added the External label as I wasn't 100% sure about this issue. Please take a look and add the label if you agree it's a bug and can be handled by external contributors
