This is the issue I have https://github.com/Expensify/Expensify/issues/391125, but I'm waiting for enhanced system messages to be live because when we export or do any other actions on a report, they get marked as unread (@deetergp keep me honest)

Ah yeah, I'm not totally sure that's related. I was seeing random workspace chat reports in my LHN pinned when I didn't pin them, and when I clicked them they unpinned.

I haven't seen it since last week though.
