Forwarding an invoice to someone else

When an invoice receiver elects to forward an invoice to someone else to pay after tapping the Pay button on an invoice preview, the user will go down a new flow to forward the invoice:

• Invoice Receiver taps pay > forward to someone else
• The user is prompted to input an email address or phone number in the To: field using the standard participant selector.
• The invoice remains as being Sent from the original invoice sender email address
• Forwarding the invoice triggers a system message from the original receiver:

• Forwarding the invoice triggers an IOU request whisper message to the new invoice receiver
• This matches the same flow a invoice receiver would expect if the invoice was sent to them without being forwarded.
• The invoice report preview component in the invoice room stays in its original position in the chat history.
• A system message from the inviter is added to the invoice room to note that someone new has been invited to the room.
• The invoice room displays a GBR for the new receiver of the invoice, so the invoice room in the LHN gets a green dot.

Notes for completion The new invoice receiver will go down the same pay elsewhere highlighted earlier in the doc, nothing changes there. Forwarding an invoice invites the new receiver into the existing invoice room. The room title will update to reflect the new invoice receiver’s workspace or email address if a workspace doesn’t exist The new invoice receiver has the opportunity to forward the invoice to another user, creating an unlimited number of forwards, and setting us up for bill forwarding later on 😉
