[QBO Export] Push successful report exports to NewDot

Feature Description

As described in the doc, we need to

• Call a new MarkAsExported in Auth that
  • adds an EXPORTINTEGRATION action to the report
  • clear any existing RBR on the report
  • clear the exportFailed rNVP
• update the copy for EXPORTINTEGRATION actions to change “reimbursable” -> “out of pocket” and “non-reimbursable” -> “company card” in Web-E and Auth.

Manual Test Steps

Prerequisites

• Collect workspace with an admin and member
• Setup QBO integration connection

Steps

1. As the member, submit an expense report with expenses
2. Log in as the workspace admin and approve the report
3. Verify a system message is added to the report that says “X exported this report to QBO”
4. Verify the “out of pocket expenses” link correctly opens the report in QBO

Automated Tests

Add a test for the new MarkAsExported Auth command that verifies it

• creates the action
• clears the exportFailed rNVP
• queues updates for clearing the RBR errors
