[Workspace Feeds] Create and then clean up beta for the workspace feeds #44341

Problem

For the workspace feeds project, we are going to work on adding this feature to newDot and we want to make sure its development with tight deadline is not causing deploy blockers.

Solution

Hence we would like to add workspaceFeeds beta that will help us easy the roll out of this feature.
