[$250] mWeb - Hold - Paying unhold expense but amount shown incorrectly after brief time #45172

Version Number: 9.0.6 Reproducible in staging?: Y Reproducible in production?: Y If this was caught during regression testing, add the test name, ID and link from TestRail: N/A Issue reported by: Applause - Internal Team

Action Performed:

  1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/home
  2. Open User B chat
  3. Submit 2 expenses
  4. Tap on any expense and hold an expense
  5. Login in other device as user B
  6. Open the report
  7. Tap pay elsewhere
  8. Select the expense amount which is not hold and pay it

Expected Result:

Paying unhold expense amount must be shown correctly

Actual Result:

Paying unhold expense but amount shown incorrectly after brief time. Paid ₹21 shown correctly briefly but changed to paid ₹31 including hold expense amount

I've been playing around with this one but things aren't working as I expect them to. I'm not sure if this is me, a bug or something else. Will come back to this one a little later so I can start with fresh eyes
