Modal to enable location services doesn’t work

Action Performed:

1. Login to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Head to any workspace chat
3. Submit an expense (non-USD) with scan receipt (drag and drop)
4. Verify modal appears to enable location
5. Click/tap on Settings

Expected Result:

you’re taken to settings to enable location sharing

Actual Result:

modal disappears, and expense is submitted as normal

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?
