Action Performed:

  1. Setup a new room in the Expensify Chat workspace
  2. Sent an intro message
  3. Sent another message where people commented in thread

Expected Result:

To see future chats in the room (not thread), from me and others

Actual Result:

Chat is stuck, I can't view new messages that were sent nor messages that I send in the room. Notes: Room link https://staging.new.expensify.com/r/3402446323499851 A hard refresh does not load/show the chats either.

Workaround:

unknown

Current assignee @mallenexpensify is eligible for the Bug assigner, not assigning anyone new.

NO idea what's happening here and I don't think it's going to be easy to figure out. Maybe someone will be able to find reproducible steps

@mallenexpensify this issue was created 2 weeks ago. Are we close to a solution? Let's make sure we're treating this as a top priority. Don't hesitate to create a thread in #expensify-open-source to align faster in real time. Thanks!
