Action Performed:

1. Upload a bunch of expenses with receipts back to back (e.g.15)

Expected Result:

All of the expenses would be added as reimbursable

Actual Result:

4 out of 15 were not added as reimbursable. Have to manually mark them as reimbursable in OldDot.
