Action Performed:

  1. Create a new Gmail account
  2. Create a new workspace and submit a expense to start the free trial
  3. Navigate to Account settings > Subscription
  4. Click on "Add payment card"
  5. Enter the credentials of the Credit Card called "Expensify Card - Applause Backup"
  6. Verify the user can add a payment card in the subscription page

Expected Result:

User can add a payment card in the subscription page

Actual Result:

"Expensify Card - Applause Backup" was declined when it was added in the subscription page

@sonialiap FYI I haven't added the External label as I wasn't 100% sure about this issue. Please take a look and add the label if you agree it's a bug and can be handled by external contributors
