Default avatar does not retain when the user sends message #51049

Action Performed:

  1. Have a user A with no custom avatar
  2. As a user B sees a default avatar for user A
  3. Send a message from user A to user B

Expected Result:

User B should see the same default avatar

Actual Result:

Time to time avatar changes to fallback avatar with gray avatar
