Scheduled Email - Email is received after 48h instead of 24h #51092

Version Number: 9.0.50-0 Reproducible in staging?: Y Reproducible in production?: Y If this was caught during regression testing, add the test name, ID and link from TestRail: https://expensify.testrail.io/index.php?/tests/view/5083889 Email or phone of affected tester (no customers): nathanmulugetatesting+trackbudget1@gmail.com Issue reported by: Applause Internal Team

Action Performed:

  1. Navigate to staging.expensify.com
  2. Click on the option to "Organize my own expenses"
  3. Enter a new gmail account (Name it so that it is easy to filter when receiving emails, e.g: nathanmulugetatesting+trackbudget@gmail.com)
  4. Once navigated to NewDot - Select "Track and Budget Expenses" on the onboarding modal
  5. Finish the onboarding modal
  6. Logout

Do the same for the following combination of selections as well: OldDot option --------------------------------------------- NewDot option Organize my own expenses ------------------------- Get paid back by my employer Organize my own expenses -------------------------- Chat and split expenses Manage expenses for a small team ---------------- Finish the onboarding flow

Expected Result:

Receive emails for each of the accounts with in the next 24 hours

Actual Result:

Email is received with in 48 hours instead of 24 hours.

@JmillsExpensify FYI I haven't added the External label as I wasn't 100% sure about this issue. Please take a look and add the label if you agree it's a bug and can be handled by external contributors
