  2. Create a workspace

    Expected Result:

    There should be no Expensify DM appears in the LHN

    Actual Result:

    After creating the workspace, got a message about it in Expensify DM

From the convo in Slack:

BUG?: After creating their workspace, they got a message about it in their Expensify DM. I thought we deprecated that?

I will need to find this issue and see whether we deprecated it for this use case.
