Emails - No emails received when the other user sent messages and IOU in 1:1 chat #53008

Action Performed:

  1. Launch staging Hybrid app and log in
  2. Navigate to a 1:1 conversation with a user you have email inbox access - must be a main email address without the + iteration
  3. Send some messages and submit expense in the chat
  4. Check the email inbox for the receiver of the messages and IOU

Expected Result:

User receives emails with the messages sent in the chat and IOU request from the other user

Actual Result:

No emails received when the other user sent messages and IOU in 1:1 chat

@lanitochka17 was the email never received or just delayed. Sometimes i've seen it take a couple minutes.
