Proposal

This issue is reproducible on all platforms just try adding 2-3 lines.

We use textInputCompose for styling at message & edit composer. We had vertical margin here but it was removed because it was breaking the message composer in the expended state. Removal of vertical margin has caused this issue.

The input overlaps with the outer container (when the vertical margin was there it had some extra space)

We can fix this by changing border radius to 8 ( 3 if we add mv1 ) https://github.com/Expensify/App/blob/a8a447794402a3918775a5f0ee17fa3b543dedd1/src/styles/styles.js#L1382

I think we should also add styles.mv1 here (because now the edit field doesn't have any space above & below the text) - https://github.com/Expensify/App/blob/a8a447794402a3918775a5f0ee17fa3b543dedd1/src/pages/home/report/ReportActionItemMessageEdit.js#L210
