ITV and various kapang channels not working #5

Channels include all ITV channels, all Ch 4 channels (apart from Music4), all Ch 5 channels, all UKTV channels etc

Apparently it was fixed since the last time I checked

No channel changes have been made, I'm going to have to see I can fix the EPG, since IPTV-org does have stuff on the main IPTV list now
