Hi Jessica,
Thanks for the email. The developer version of the mixer package isn't available for public consumption (this isn't my model and I don't have any control over this). I cam send you the simulation outputs if you like? I will drop my collaborators a line to see if it can be made public, but when I talked to them this wasn't possible. As pointed out in the paper the stochastic version of mixer is in the pipeline but I'm not sure what the time line for that is.
