Analysis is not currently reproducible #1

Can you upload the development version of the sourcecode for Mizer. I.e., the files used in ./From the start sims/1.1) From the start 1.R' ... ...3.R such that this analysis is reproducible?

Additionally , the .R filenames called in "./From the start sims/1.1) From the start 1.R" are incorrect (in bold below) source('./From the start sims/1.2) From the start 2.R', chdir = TRUE) source('./From the start sims/1.3) From the start 3.R', chdir = TRUE)

Hi Jessica,

Thanks for the email. The developer version of the mixer package isn't available for public consumption (this isn't my model and I don't have any control over this). I cam send you the simulation outputs if you like? I will drop my collaborators a line to see if it can be made public, but when I talked to them this wasn't possible. As pointed out in the paper the stochastic version of mixer is in the pipeline but I'm not sure what the time line for that is.
