v1.0.9 beta: graphical performance problem compared to 1.0.8 #711

On Windows 10: The latest 1.0.9 beta version has graphical slowness, which didn't exist in 1.0.8. Over the waterfall and the spectrum view the mouse cursor moves discontinuously and jumping. It makes the handling of the mouse very difficult in time critical/rushy situations (i.e. contest). Tested with the very same environment: the same band same other running programs. Task manager shows the same CPU and GPU load with both software versions. With previous 1.0.8 version the motion of the mouse cursor is smooth.

And there is the problem somehow a bit other way: with 1.0.9 beta if the mouse cursor/pointer is over the spectrum/waterfall view and I tune the VFO with E-Coder, the entire view is moving with jumps. Very annoying. If I move the mouse pointer out of the view, then tuning with VFO is running smoothly. Demonstrating video here: https://youtu.be/C75EW65Ugpk
