Spectrum to Waterfall Ratio Not Saved Using 1.0.9 #718

Just updated from 1.0.8 to 1.0.9. One minor issue noted so far, the split/ratio between the spectrum and waterfall seems fixed. It always starts up in the same ratio. I can change it, no problem. But upon restart it reverts to the original ratio.

I can also export the configuration with my preferred ratio, but upon import it is back to the original ratio.

Minor, and odd.

It is also happening on my OSX 15.1 installation.

I also want my settings to be saved. It's a small thing, but it's nice.
