Indication which vfo is active for tuning #111

Hi In split mode it is not possible to see which of the VFOs is currently connected to the mouse wheel or the ECoder wheel. When switching with mouse wheel click or change VFO A / VFO B on the ECoder there is no feedback and you have to try which VFO is currently controlled. Please develop a solution to display the controlled VFO.

Used Software: ExpertSDR3 0.13.0 alpha build 15092022

What if two E-Coder panels are connected to one TRX? First panel to VFO A, second to VFO B. There is no optimal solution to this issue. If you have ideas, please let us know.
