In SSB I use the built in voice recorder/player to send CQ calls.
I prefer hearing what is transmitted, so I switch monitor on.
However, if I answer a calling station by the mic of the headset, I prefer switching monitor off, as it's annoying to hear my own voice.
But this switch on/off by clicking the monitor icon with mouse is rather inconvenient.
Therefore I suggest you introduce the feature of switching on/off monitor by a simple programmable button press on e-coder panel.
