Bandscope presets #175

Some of the ham radio and broadcast bands are wider than the respective bandwith for the maximum sample rate of 312 kHz. I always like to use the bandscope so I can monitor a wider frequency range. I think it would be quite helpful if there was an option to save and recall different presets for the bandscope. (center frequency, bandwidth) This would be a nice to have option for sure.

...and as an extension of that idea, maybe the option of having more than one bandscope windows at a time.
