Tuning and filter step options #33

In EESDR3 the tuning steps maxes out at 500Hz. Could we have at least up to 1kHz?

Similarly, the filter steps only show a few options - it would be nice if we could offer more options (not necessarily as many as EESDR2). Right now, if the filter is set manually, there is no indication anywhere for what it is set to under "USER". It would be nice if the actual value is displayed somewhere.
