Phoenix AMD64 Deb download link returns 404 error code #12

pretty self explanatory, i would think. I can't download the .deb package for Phoenix AMD64 because the link redirects to a 404 error page. idk wtf to do, i'm obviously a total beginner here so i would really appreciate any advice that would help me to get started with Phoenix.
