Port the NFT-SS1 common stuff to NFT-SS2.

This includes geographic state lookup, transaction type mapping, error detail function, etc.

we added an implementation of governanceRemains() and geographic state/country lookup.

The SS2 native error object seems reasonable - don't think we need to have a getExceptionDetail() like we did in SS1? IF we confirm we need the transaction mapping let's open than in a separate ticket.
