Add test_data_location in x-trapi #556

This will require us to prepare a "one-hop test" file as documented in https://github.com/TranslatorSRI/SRI_testing/blob/main/tests/onehop/README.md#configuring-the-tests

You can see how RTX-KG2 implemented this in their SmartAPI metadata and the test-triples file they prepared.

Since they would like "a file with one triple of each type that the KP can provide", this is probably dependent on #585.
