Ensure CTD PMIDs use same relation structure as GO-CAMs #10

This was intended for provenance, but actually we can use the graph IRIs for result provenance. For both GO-CAM and CTD models, they will resolve back to useful source information. But I will leave this open since I don't think axiom annotations are completely aligned between GO-CAM and CTD data.
