Setting agent_type and knowledge_level for edges #117

I'm not sure if we have agent_type and knowledge_level for our edges, but it sounds from today's Architecture call that that is where we're heading.

We think that for CAM-KP in its current state, agent_type=manual_agent and knowledge_level=knowledge_assertion. Evan is working on updating this in our ORION script now.
