This PR updates the tests for the 2024feb15 release, which requires:

Noting that the final_edge_count has gone down from above 3M edges to between 2-3M edges.
Asserting that we have no warnings in the graph metadata.
Update expected edge tuples based as per the refactor of the predicates.
