We've had some discussions on exposing the CAM-KP information better (see e.g. https://github.com/ExposuresProvider/cam-pipeline/issues/128), either solely so that team members can check for modeling issues or also as something we can provide to Translator/TRAPI users to provide context to results. This PR adds a frontend written in Astro + Vue3 along with a GitHub Action to publish this to GitHub Pages.
