This PR updates the Kubernetes file for cam-pipeline-build -- the CPU and memory requirements are approximately correct, but we no longer need so much PVC space since we no longer want to maintain an in-progress and current version of the pipeline.
WIP: I'm going to work on the older configuration for now, so it might be a while before I actually start a new job with these settings.
