make sure Uniprot IDs are properly mapped onto Reactome instances #26

A lot seem to be missing that can be connected via <http://geneontology.org/lego/canonical_record>.

Note: I added a bunch of instance directTypes using a SPARQL CONSTRUCT, so the problem won't be apparent in the current database.

Is this still an issue? If you give me some identifiers, I could add it to our test suite!
