Example queries for multivariate endpoints #272

This issue is to suggest that the example queries for the ICEES+ multivariate endpoints are tailored to each use case.

Related, I think we need to tailor ALL of the example queries for a specific ICEES+ instance. Alternatively, there may be one example per endpoint that works across instances. I would have to check/test, however.

Note that this issue has become a barrier to entry for new users.
