Added favicon #17

For better distinguishability . This PR is with respect to issue #16

Two issues:

  1. Fix the conflicts in partials/header.ejs
  2. Replace the icon with something else. This does not look good

Still, the icon is not good and is also very low quality. Please download the icon from sites like flaticon.
