Add compatibility for ELRS V1 RC2 and RC3 #1

Changes to match ELRS

 crc14
 lora IQ based on UID
 New switch encoding
 change to FHSS table generation
 FHSS index offset
 Telemetry not working (needed to clear the crc bits before calculating crc on received packets)
