Why access to the domain buddy.edgetx.org is it unavailable from the IP address 94.140.225.64?

This has nothing to do with the ExpressLRS web-flasher. If you have a problem connecting to the edgetx flasher then you should ask on their discord or raise an issue in their github repo.,
