Parsing patterns localization #295

In case of using not english game localization (for sellers), official poe trade site makes the offer whispers translated to seller's language, and that not working with current MercuryTrade pattern.

Example of whisper to russian seller:

@Name Здравствуйте, хочу купить у вас Подавляющее превосходство Багровый самоцвет за 1 alch в лиге Вмешательство (секция "~price 1 alch"; позиция: 6 столбец, 7 ряд)

This causes some inconvenience. Can you please add localization for patterns too?
