Feat: delete URL #89

The app does not provide any way to delete the URL.

The User should have the ability to delete URLs.

تم انشاء ميزة حذف الرابط من خلال الذهاب الى صفحة الرابط يوجد ايقونة الحذف على الجهة العلوية اليسرى للشاشة المستخدم يستطيع حذف روابطة فقط بينما المجموعات التي تمتلك صلاحية super.admin admin.manageotherurls تستطيع حذف رواطبها وروابط جميع المستخدمين
