Context
Issue is only reproducible while editing the description of an existing course.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a new course, or open any already existing course
Navigate to Settings page of that particular course
Enter {one char} (for example, one letter) + {space} in the 'Description' field (space can be added at the beginning or end)
Click anywhere on the screen (outside of the 'Description' field frame)

Expected Behavior
'The description field must be at least 2 characters' validation message should appear below "Description' field while user tries to save changes when 'Description' field input = 1 visible char.
Current Behavior
It's possible to save 'Description' with only one visible char while editing course general settings.
