The groundwork for the switch to ESM and Vite. Config loading is moved from @tailor-cms/config to the Tailor root level. This is a breaking change since only the tailor.config.js file is supported and support for all other config files is dropped. The @tailor-cms/config is now used to process and retrieve API objects for accessing the config.
