Tooltip improvements

1. Add tooltip for Label color

2. Add three tooltips on the right side of the search input, Order by, Order direction, and Tags

3. Add tooltip for Add repository

4. Remove tooltips for fully displayed tags and show them only for trimmed tags the tooltip of full displayed tag the tooltip of trimmed tag

5. Add a tag that represents removing the tag from the repository

6. Add tooltip for Activity type (also on searched item)

7. Make the same tooltip on the searched Activity item as on sidebar (also make same visual style for both tags)

8. Add tooltip for expand & collapse icon and edit icon on the Activity wrapper

9. Add tooltip for comment edit
