Update `tce-jodit` to include image uploader plugin #899

Update tce-jodit in order to utilize the new image uploader plugin which enables upload of images through Tailor's storage service. This functionality is exposed through the Upload tab on the image popup.

NOTE: Do not merge before this PR is merged, and afterwards point tce-jodit to a new commit hash.
