Page refresh loop after user is removed from the repository

Context

The page refresh loop is presented after the user is removed from the repository. After some time, the user is logged out.

Expected behavior

After the first response that the user is not authorized, the user needs to be redirected to the Catalog page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login with a user with the USER role
2. Go to any content element
3. Remove privileges for the related user with a different user on another browser
4. Go back to the first window and try to refresh the page
