Issue with ModifyActiveShop #4

I'm trying to work on a mod that requires the use of ModifyActiveShop, and was testing it while this mod was enabled. When this mod is enabled, there is an empty slot to the left of the first item in the shop, but as soon as I disabled this mod the issue stopped.
