Add all keyboard notes #1

Hey, great job here!

Can we add all notes on piano? Suggestion, use + and - to map Bb and B.

I would be glad to send a pull request later.

Feel free to submit a PR if you're up for the task, otherwise I will look into this later next week. I can provide the required sounds once code has been submitted.

You may want to consider other keyboard layouts as well: US/British layout: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_and_American_keyboards German layout: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_keyboard_layout (ß and ´) French layout: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AZERTY Those layouts will cover most of the audience.

@Externalizable Has there been any progress made on this? I'm new to Bongo Cat and this suggestion seems like a good one, because playing songs with the correct keys is fun.
